We all have moments where we doubt ourselves.  It’s only natural.  But choosing to focus too much on self-doubt can be debilitating.  I want to help you to rediscover what makes you so special.  Because you are special.  The odds of you existing as you are, today, are around one in 400 trillion – an almost unfathomable number – and yet, here you are, living and shaping the world around you.  That makes you a pretty incredible individual by anyone’s reckoning.  To exist against all odds, to be able to brighten someone’s day with a smile – even a stranger you pass on the street or the person serving you at a checkout.  Simple, small gestures can have a profound effect without you even realising.
